ServiceTitan V2 API Integration
ServiceTitan controls 70% of HVAC dispatch. Our platform connects directly to it — pulling live operational data that feeds the intelligence layer and makes every query smarter.
What the Integration Delivers
Every data stream from ServiceTitan feeds directly into the intelligence layer — turning raw operational data into actionable knowledge that compounds across acquisitions.
Dispatch & Scheduling
Real-time job assignments, technician availability, route optimization data. The intelligence layer uses this to generate pre-job briefings and match the right tech to the right job.
Job & Work Order History
Every completed job — what was done, how long it took, what parts were used, whether it was a callback. This is the ground truth that trains the knowledge base.
Customer & Equipment Records
Full customer profiles with equipment installed at each address — model numbers, install dates, service history. Powers warranty tracking and proactive maintenance alerts.
Invoicing & Pricebook
Pricing data, parts costs, labor rates across all locations. Enables cross-company cost benchmarking and identifies where consolidated purchasing saves money.
How Intelligence Compounds with ServiceTitan Data
ServiceTitan sends the job details. Our intelligence layer pulls the customer's full equipment history, prior service records, warranty status, and county-specific requirements — and delivers a pre-job briefing to the tech's phone.
The completion data flows back — what was done, parts used, time spent. This becomes ground truth in the knowledge base. Next time any tech sees this equipment model, the system knows what worked.
"Goodman units installed before 2020 have a 3x callback rate on capacitor failures at the Fort Lauderdale location but not Tampa — what's different?" The intelligence layer surfaces operational insights no single manager could see.
Every service call is a data point. Every completed job trains the model. The more locations connected, the richer the signal. ServiceTitan is the firehose — our platform is the intelligence that makes it useful.
Developer Access Strategy
ServiceTitan offers two integration paths. We use the fast path — access through the acquired company's existing customer account, not the marketplace (which is paused for new applicants).
Fast Path (Our Approach)
The first acquired company requests an integration environment as an existing ServiceTitan customer. Their admin emails integrations@servicetitan.com with their Customer Verification PIN. Access granted within 2 business days. We develop under their account with full V2 API access.
Marketplace (Paused)
Third-party developers can apply to the App Marketplace Program for broad distribution. However, ServiceTitan has paused evaluation of new applicants while migrating existing partners. We pursue this later — from a position of strength with live customers already using the integration.
ServiceTitan API access costs $0 in additional infrastructure. It comes through the acquired company's existing subscription ($250-400/tech/month, which they're already paying). Our cost is engineering time to build the integration — already scoped in the $6,500 deliverable.
